With no time to decorate for Easter this year, I’m doing something different.
A roundup post.
Yep! I’m cheating.
I know I keep banging on about it, but it’s been THAT busy around here, I entirely ran out of time for an Easter display. I feel like one of those new emoticons. You know… the one with the exploding head. I hardly know my arse from my elbow at the moment. In a good way, though – I can’t complain… life is good – but I barely managed to squeeze in this blog post! So if you enjoy this more than my normal offering, I won’t be at all impressed.
You have been warned.
If you’re a Pinterest whore like me, you’ll have seen plenty of these sorts of posts – delicious collections of gorgeous ideas all under one roof. Most likely, you will have saved a few for your boards. But doesn’t it irritate you when the original source is missing?
Or worse… the images take you to a page that has clearly ripped off someone else’s hard work!
I recently had cause to report one of my own images, because it had been hijacked by some sleazoid. I guess I should be flattered – in some circles, that means you’ve made it – but this kind of intellectual robbery is the bane of the blogger’s life. So I’ve been very careful to include only those images I can trace to their owner and, of course, include a link to the original article or project. So please take a moment to visit a few of these wonderful ideas.
Anyhoo… without further ado, here are a few of my favourite Easter decorating ideas. Some of them are so ridiculously simple, you still have time to throw a few together before the weekend!
