I have good news and I have good news.
1. Ostara (Spring Equinox) is almost upon us. This means that come Sunday, we’ll be able to officially proclaim that spring has sprung and start enjoying longer days. Yay!
2. It’s almost Easter, which can only mean two things – a 4-day weekend and guilt-free chocolate. Yay!
And it doesn’t stop there. Oh no. I have even MORE good news!
3. I’ve been crafting up a storm and titivating to my little heart’s content, so I’ll be able to bring you lots of lovely things for you to make. Yay!
4. I’ve been SO busy making and planning new projects; I don’t possibly have time to write lots of drivel.
See? I told you it was all good news!
Rather than chewing off your ears (or should that be eyes?) I thought instead, I’d treat you to a selection of springtime images from around OneandSeventy.
Since I didn’t get a chance to bring you my spring décor, you’ll spot more than one mantel decoration. Time is whizzing by so fast (can you believe it’s already mid-March?!), that one set of decorations just kinda morphed into the next.
Just call it two for the price of one.
So here you go. In no particular order, a roundup of my spring-cum-Ostara-AKA-Easter décor in an easy to consume gallery. If you don’t want to wait for the slider to change, just click and go!
I hope you enjoyed the tour. Is there anything you especially liked? Do drop a comment below and let me know.
Personally, I really love the pastels against all the white. But my favourite has to be my monochrome ensemble – the cute black and white easter eggs and matching artwork (watch out for a tutorial on those coming up soon!) and that contemporary white bunny with his oversized ears.
Happy Ostara my lovelies!
A hui hou,
