If you’ve been visiting my world for a while or hanging around Twitter, you may remember one of the masterpieces I made for the master bedroom.
When I made our maché letter wall art, I adored its simplicity. I still love having Beloved’s and my initials immortalised in maché but after a couple of years at looking at them, I was getting a tad bored with the same old view every morning.
And I don’t mean Beloved!
It was time for a refresh.
A dash of dazzling metallics later, plus a little black vinyl and a few gems and voila!
Brand new masterpiece!
Don’t you just love it when a plan comes together?
Maché letters are readily available and super easy to work with. You can paint them, decorate them, or even decoupage them with paper or fabric. Your creativity is limited only by your imagination, but if you need a helping hand, why not try searching Pinterest to see what ideas inspire you?
If you follow me on Instagram, the eagle eyed among you will have spotted that this isn’t the only time I’ve used maché letters around OneandSeventy and funnily enough, this one’s been through some changes recently as well.
I have a few more letter projects in the pipeline, so watch out for those. If you haven’t already, why not sign up to receive my blog posts directly into your in box? That way, you’ll be sure not to miss them when they’re done. You can do that by click clickety clicking below, or on the link at the end of this post.
