If you’ve been following my off-blog exploits on social media, you may have spotted a new addition to the OneandSeventy dining room.
Oh wait… didn’t I do that last week?
Well yes, but I mean ANOTHER new addition!
Yes, I know, I KNOW I haven’t shared the whole room yet; that’s because it’s not quite finished. Let’s just say I’m having a little trouble with some holes (!)
And a table.
Until then, the odd sneaky peek is about as much as I can bring you.
Well that and the new projects, of course.
Like these hand-painted, foil-cut navy and gold insect canvases.
I am totally in love with them. The navy looks bloody lush against the dramatic new dining room walls and those gorgeous golden creatures catch the light so beautifully in this corner, I keep thinking I’ve left a light on!
Not to blow my own trumpet, but they really are rather fabulous, aren’t they? They’re quirky, fresh and right on trend. Not to mention pretty damn gorgeous! Even if I do say so myself. And they were entirely spawned from a piece of art our friends have on their guest room wall.
Inspiration can strike anywhere, at any time. Just ask Beloved!
If you love these canvases as much as I do and you fancy some gold insect art for your home you’re in luck, because they’ve just been added to Suzy’s Shop! Click HERE to order your own wall of golden gorgeousness.
A hui hou,
